The Mansion provides two bedrooms, and one-and-a-half bathrooms. It has a king and queen mattress in each of the large spacious rooms. Large closets between the rooms offer great sound control for exceptional rest. On the first floor, there is an office with a large desk and a pull-out sofa.

The Property
Located in the Historic Maplewood Neighborhood, this vacation rental sits along a park lined with mature and flowering trees.
You’ll be close to downtown Rochester, Kodak Center, RGH, and many local attractions. Stores are a short distance away, and the bus line stops at the end of the street traveling directly downtown. Lots of love has been poured into this space as a local architect has spent years restoring it’s beauty.
The property has a shared driveway, and it contains an upstairs apartment. The Roc Mansion is completely private with it’s own private entrances. No interior spaces are shared, and the neighbors are exceptionally kind and considerate.
